The training catalogue contains all trainings available to you. You can search, filter and view details. This article explains how to use the catalogue.
Requirements
- You need the $$name_user$$_Catalogue right to open the catalogue.
Open the catalogue
- Click Catalogue in the main menu.
- The overview shows all available trainings.
Search the catalogue
- Use the search field at the top of the page.
- Enter a search term, such as the name of a training or a topic.
- The results are filtered immediately based on your search term and sorted by relevance. The most relevant trainings appear at the top.
Navigate through categories
You can also search the catalogue through category navigation. The available training categories appear as tiles at the top of the catalogue page.
- Click a category tile to view all trainings in that category.
- If a category contains subcategories, expand them to continue navigating.
- The number of available trainings per category is shown on the tile.
- Click All trainings to return to the full overview.
Note: Category navigation only shows categories containing trainings that are visible to you.
Filter
You can filter the catalogue by several criteria:

| Category | Filter by training category, such as Safety or Communication. |
| Type | Filter by training type, such as classroom, digital or combined training. |
| Location | Filter by training location. |
| Date | Filter by the period in which sessions are scheduled. |
Star ratings on training cards
Trainings in the catalogue can show a star rating on the training card. This rating indicates how other participants rated the training. The rating appears as a compact label with the average score and a star.
Note: The star rating is visible only when the administrator has activated Show ratings in catalogue.
View training details
- Click a training in the catalogue.
- View details such as the description, duration, costs, star rating and scheduled sessions. If budget control is enabled, each session indicates whether you have enough budget for the training.
- From the details, you can register directly for a session.
AI assistant (Buddy)
If your administrator has activated the $$name_user$$_Buddy right in your authorisation group, you see the AI assistant in the catalogue. Read more about Buddy in AI assistant (Buddy).
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not see certain trainings in the catalogue?
The visibility of trainings depends on your department, function and authorisation group. Trainings may also be restricted to certain departments or functions.
Can I mark trainings as favourites?
This depends on the configuration of your portal. Contact your administrator for more information.
How does category navigation work?
Category navigation shows tiles with main categories and subcategories. Click a tile to see the trainings in that category. You can expand subcategories to refine the results further.
What is the difference between a training and a session?
A training is the general definition, such as "first-aid training". A session is a specific scheduled occasion with a date, time and location.
How are search results sorted?
Search results are sorted by relevance. The trainings that best match your search term appear at the top. When you have not entered a search term, trainings are shown in the default order.
Why can I not see the AI assistant in the catalogue?
The AI assistant is visible only when the $$name_user$$_Buddy right is activated in your authorisation group. Contact your administrator if you want to use the AI assistant. See also AI assistant (Buddy).
Which languages can I use with the AI assistant?
The AI assistant automatically recognises the language of your question and answers in the same language. For example, you can ask a question in Dutch or English and the assistant responds in the language of your message.
What information can the AI assistant provide about my certificates?
