Frequently asked questions
Can a participant take the test multiple times?
This depends on the settings of the test content item. If retakes are enabled, the participant can take the test again.
Are test results included in reports?
Yes, test results are included in the digital content reports. You can view scores, pass percentages and answer analyses there.
Can I adjust the pass threshold after linking the test?
Two separate settings are involved. The passing item in the training definition determines which content item counts towards the training result; you can adjust it there at any time.
The score threshold of the test itself is the Minimum percentage of the content item. You can change that setting, and the following ones, after linking via Administration > Content management > Manage digital content:
- Minimum percentage (pass threshold)
- Attempts
- Time limit
- Passed/failed text
