With the form and test reports you can view and analyse the results of completed forms and tests. This article explains which reports are available.
Requirements
- You need rights to view reports.
- Forms or tests must have been completed.

Manager column in Forms result
The Forms result report contains a Manager column. This column is hidden by default and you can make it visible via the column selector. The column shows the name of the manager of the user concerned.
Generate a report
- Go to Reports > Forms and select the required report.
- Set the filters:
- Form — Select the required form or test.
- Training — Filter on a specific training.
- Period — Set a date range.
- Click Search.
- The result is shown in an overview table.
Star rating in the form analysis
When an evaluation form contains a star rating, the average score and the number of ratings are shown in the analysis. The star rating is calculated based on the trainings that are linked to the form at that moment. This gives you a current and relevant overview of the ratings.
Using the test analysis
The test analysis offers additional insights:
- Average score — The average score of all participants.
- Pass rate — The percentage of participants who passed.
- Most difficult questions — Questions with the lowest percentage of correct answers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I view individual answers?
Yes, via the Forms result report you can zoom in on individual submissions and view the answers per question.
Are anonymous forms shown as well?
Anonymous form results are shown without user details. You can analyse the results, but you cannot trace them back to individual users.
Can I export the test analysis?
Yes, click Export to download the analysis as an Excel file.
