The certificate reports give you insight into the status of certificates within your organisation. You can generate overviews of expired, missing and active certificates. This article explains which reports are available and how you use them.
Requirements
You need rights to view reports:
- Certificates > Rapportage_Bewijsstukken
- Expired certificates > Rapportage_Bewijsstukken_Verlopen
- Missing certificates > Rapportage_Bewijsstukken_Missende
- Required certificates > Rapportage_Benodigde_Bewijstukken_Alle
- Function required certificates > Rapportage_Bewijsstukken_Functie_Benodigd
- Exemptions > Rapportage_Ontheffingen
- Required team/project certificates > Rapportage_$$project$$_Bewijsstukken_Benodigd
Available certificate reports

Generate a report
- Go to Reports > Certificates > select the required certificate report.
- You can set the following filters as required:
- Department — Filter on one or more departments (optional).
- Category — Filter on one or more certificate categories (optional).
- Certificate — Select one or more certificates.
- Period — Set a date range (optional).
- Click Search.
- The result is shown in an overview table.
Note: For the filters Department, Category and Certificate you can select several values at once. When you choose several values, the report shows all results that match any of the selected values.
Export
Click Export to download the report as an Excel file.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a report sent automatically?
Yes, with the custom reporting module you can schedule reports and have them sent automatically via SFTP or email (if configured).
What is the difference between expired and missing certificates?
Expired certificates were obtained earlier but are no longer valid. Missing certificates are certificates that are required for the function but have never been obtained.
How are certificates with approval shown in the report?
Certificates that require manager approval are only shown as obtained after the approval has been completed. This way the report gives a reliable overview of certificates that have actually been obtained.
Can I filter reports on sub-department?
Yes, the department filter also supports sub-departments.
