With the compliance reports you gain insight into the extent to which employees meet the required competency for their function or project. This article explains which compliance reports are available.
Requirements
- You need rights to view reports.
- Required certificates or knowledge & skills must be configured per function or project.
Available compliance reports

Generate a report
- Go to Reports and select the required compliance report.
- Set the filters:
- Department — Filter on department or sub-department.
- Function — Filter on a specific function.
- Certificate — Select a specific certificate.
- Status — Filter on the status of the certificate. You can select several statuses at once.
- Click Search.
- The result shows the compliance status per employee.
Status filter
With the status filter you can refine the Required certificates report based on the status of each certificate. The following status values are available:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Obtained | The certificate has been obtained and is valid. |
| Exemption | A valid exemption has been granted for the certificate. |
| Expired | The certificate has expired. |
| Missing | The certificate is missing and has not been obtained yet. |
Note: The status filter is available for the Required certificates report. You can combine several statuses to show, for example, all expired and missing certificates in one overview.
Explanation: The status filter only shows certificates that are actually required for the employee within the portal. Optional required certificates are included when the portal setting Count optional required certificates is turned on.
Interpreting the compliance status
- Compliant — The employee has all required certificates and knowledge & skills.
- Partial — The employee is missing one or more required items.
- Not compliant — The employee is missing several required items.
