Change your profile picture

You can add or change a profile picture that is shown next to your initials in the portal. This article explains how to set your profile picture.

Requirements

  • You need the $$name_user$$_mijnprofiel right.

Change your profile picture

  1. Click your initials or profile picture in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click My profile.
  3. Click your current profile picture or the initials icon.
  4. Upload an image from your computer.
  5. Your profile picture is updated immediately.

Note: Use a square image for the best result. JPG and PNG formats are supported.

Remove your profile picture

  1. Click your profile picture in your profile.
  2. Select the option to remove the picture.
  3. Your initials are shown again instead of the picture.

No, a profile picture is optional. Without a profile picture, your initials are shown.

Who can see my profile picture?

Your profile picture is visible to other users in the portal, depending on the settings.

Is there a maximum file size?

Yes, the maximum file size depends on the portal settings. In general, we recommend keeping images below 2 MB.
