You can change the portal language and your password yourself. This article explains how to adjust these settings.
Requirements
- You are logged in to the portal.
Change the language
- Click your initials or profile picture in the top right of the screen.
- Click My profile.
- Go to the Details tab.
- Change the Language field to the desired language.
- Click Save.
The portal language changes immediately.
Change the password
- Click your initials or profile picture in the top right of the screen.
- Click Change password or go to your profile and choose the option to change your password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Save.
Note: Your password must meet your organisation's password requirements, such as a minimum number of characters, uppercase letters, and numbers. Your password also cannot exceed the maximum length, which is 64 characters by default. If you enter a longer password, a message tells you that your password is too long and you cannot save it.
Forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to your portal's login page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- You receive an email with a link to set a new password.

How often do I need to change my password?
This depends on your organisation's password policy. The administrator can set an expiry period.
What is the maximum length of my password?
By default, your password can contain a maximum of 64 characters. If you enter a longer password, a message tells you that your password is too long and you cannot save it.
Can I change my password if I log in through SSO?
If you log in through SSO (single sign-on), the external identity provider manages your password. In that case, you cannot change your password in the portal.
