The competency chart gives you a visual overview of your knowledge and skills and how well you meet the requirements for your function. This article explains how to view the competency chart.
Requirements
- You need the $$name_user$$_tab_Bekwaamheidschart right to view the competency chart.
- Knowledge and skills must be configured for your function or department.
View the competency chart
- Click your initials or profile picture in the top right.
- Click My profile.
- Go to the Competency or Knowledge & skills tab.
The competency chart shows the following for each knowledge or skill area:
- Required level — The level expected for your function.
- Achieved level — The level you have achieved based on your certificates and trainings.
Skills profile
The skills profile shows an overview of all your knowledge and skills:

| Knowledge/skill | The name of the knowledge or skill. |
| Required | Whether this knowledge or skill is required for your function. |
| Status | Whether you meet the requirement (meets, does not meet, expired). |
| Certificate | The associated certificate, if available. |
Frequently asked questions
What does it mean if I do not meet a requirement?
This means that you do not yet have the required certificate or training. Register for the relevant training to meet the requirement.
Who determines which knowledge and skills are required?
The required knowledge and skills are determined by your function and configured by the administrator.
Can I export the competency chart?
This depends on the settings. In some cases, you can generate a CV that includes your knowledge and skills.
