Your profile contains an overview of all your obtained certificates and their validity. This article explains how to view your certificates.
Requirements
- You need the $$name_user$$_tab_Bewijsstukken right to view the Certificates tab.
View certificates
- Click your initials or profile picture in the top right.
- Click My profile.
- Go to the Certificates tab.
The overview shows all your certificates with the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name of the certificate. |
| Date obtained | The date on which you obtained the certificate. |
| Valid until | The expiry date of the certificate. |
| Status | Whether the certificate is valid, expiring soon, or expired. |
Validity indicator
- Valid — The certificate is still valid.
- Expiring soon — The certificate will expire soon. You may receive a notification to take a refresher training.
- Expired — The certificate is no longer valid. You may need to take a new training.
View certificate details
- Click a certificate in the overview.
- View details such as the associated training, date, and any comments.

Can I download my certificates?
This depends on the portal settings. In some cases, you can download a PDF version of the certificate.
What should I do if a certificate is about to expire?
Register for the relevant refresher training through the catalogue. In some cases, you are notified automatically.
The validity of my certificate is incorrect. What should I do?
Contact your administrator. They can adjust the validity and details of your certificates.
