Within PlusPort Academy, you can customise the portal's corporate identity to match your organisation. This includes the logo, primary colour and secondary colour. You cannot make these changes yourself, but you can request them from the Customer Success Team.
What can you customise?

How do you request a change?
You cannot change the logo or primary and secondary colours yourself. If you want to customise the corporate identity, submit a ticket to the Customer Success Team.
- Send an e-mail to customersuccess@plusport.com with your request.
- Specify which change you want to make (logo, primary colour, secondary colour or a combination).
- For a logo change, attach the new logo file to your request (preferably in PNG or SVG format).
- For a colour change, specify the required colour code (for example,
#FF6600). - The Customer Success Team processes your request and makes the change.
Note: Corporate identity changes are immediately visible to all portal users after they have been processed.
