You can set up widgets on the dashboard that are only visible to specific roles. This way you show relevant information to the right target group, for example management overviews for managers and personal actions for employees.
Requirements
- You need administrator rights to configure widgets per role.
- Roles and authorisation groups must be set up in the portal.
Setting visibility per role
- Go to Management > Homepage and open the required site.
- Open the widget you want to configure by clicking the edit icon.
- Go to the Visible for setting.
- Select the roles for which the widget should be visible:
