You can change the language of the portal and your password yourself. This article explains how to adjust these settings.
Change language
- Click the gear icon next to your profile picture or initials at the top left of the screen.
- Click on My profile.
- Go to the Details tab.
- Change the Language field to the desired language.
- Click Save.
The language of the portal will be changed immediately.
Change password
- Click the gear icon next to your profile picture or initials at the top left of the screen.
- Click on Change password or go to your profile and choose the option to change your password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Save.
Note: Your password must comply with your organisation’s password requirements (e.g., minimum number of characters, uppercase letters, numbers).
Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to the login page of your portal.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Which languages are available?
The available languages depend on the configuration of your portal. Common languages are Dutch, English, German, and French.
How often do I need to change my password?
This depends on your organisation’s password policy. The administrator can set an expiry period.
Can I change my password if I log in via SSO?
If you log in via SSO (single sign-on), your password is managed by the external identity provider. In that case, you cannot change your password within the portal.
