With the training reports, you gain insight into scheduled trainings, registrations, waiting rooms, and training costs. In this article, you will read which training reports are available and how to use them.
Requirements
- You need permissions to view reports, such as Report_Trainings_Registrations, Report_Trainings_Scheduled_Users, Report_Trainings_Learning_Paths, Report_Trainings_Schedule or Report_Trainings_Waiting_Room.
Available Training Reports

Generating a Report
- Go to Reports > Trainings and select the desired report.
- Set the filters (category, training, department, period).
- Click Search.
- The result is displayed in an overview table.
Exporting
Click Export to download the report as an Excel or CSV file. The optional columns you selected will be included in the export.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I view the costs per department?
Yes, you can filter training costs by department to gain insight into the costs per organisational unit.
Are cancelled registrations also shown?
This depends on the filter settings. By default, only active registrations are shown, but you can adjust the filter to show cancelled registrations.
Can I combine the waiting room report with the registration report?
No, these are separate reports. For combined overviews, you can use the custom reporting module.
Are my column choices saved?
No, the optional column choices apply per session. If you log out or reopen the report, the default columns will be shown again.
