To import or remove personally required certificates, follow these steps:
Go to Management > Management > Imports
Click on Personally Required Certificates
Download the example file by clicking the 'Download Template' button.
Open the Excel file 'userRequiredCertificates_template.xlsx' and fill in all three columns.
Field explanation:
- Action: In this field you indicate whether the certificate should be removed as a required certificate for the user, or whether it should be added
Save the file and click 'Import'
Click the 'Browse' button and then 'Save'.
An error log is generated when data is missing or incorrect. Click on the three dots, and then on 'Failed' to download and view the log. The last column of the file shows the reason why the import failed.
