Templates are required for generating certificates. These templates are built using HTML and CSS. Templates can be found in the portal under Management > Management > Templates.

Our advice is to have a Certificate template, CV template and Print template created by our designer. You can contact our Customer Success Team for this.
New templates can be added by going to Management > Management > Templates and choosing the 'Add' option. Give the template a name and choose the template type. The available types are: Certificate template, CV template, Mail template, Print template.
Below, the different templates are discussed one by one.

Editing existing templates
Note:
Want to make a small change to an existing template? Copy it first.
To edit an existing template, click the pencil icon at the beginning of the row. To then edit the HTML part, click the 'source code' icon: <>
You can copy a template by either copying the source code and pasting it into a new template, or by editing the template and then clicking the 'Save as copy' button at the bottom of the page.
Adding an image to a template
Adding an image to a template must always be done by PlusPort. The source code references an internal server that our clients do not have access to.
