Go to Management > Management > Imports
-
Click on Obtained Certificates
-
Download the example file by clicking the 'Download Template' button.

Note: make sure that the cell properties of the 'Date obtained' column are not changed. If they are, any value may not be recognised and today's date will be used as the date obtained.
Field explanation:
- Auto Number: Enter TRUE or FALSE in this field, depending on whether you want the certificate to be automatically numbered
-
Save the file and click 'Import'

An error log is generated when data is missing or incorrect. Click on the three dots, and then on 'Failed' to download and view the log. The last column of the file shows the reason why the import failed.
